Martina Tambunan
Martina Tambunan is the managing partner of the firm. She has long and extensive experience in the legal field, as she has worked for over 25 years in several foreign/multinational and Indonesian corporations in addition to handling various legal corporate/commercial and compliance issues.
She has been consistently focusing on various trade-related matters, which encompass the Competition Law, the Consumer Protection Law, anti-bribery, FCPA, and a wide range of domestic and international trade issues. During her service in several companies, amongst others in lighting, consumer goods industry, healthcare business, plywood industry, paint manufacture, handled cross-border transactions across industry sectors, including manufacturing, trading corporate commercial, trade matters including export/import, customs, supply chain of direct-selling, anti-dumping, and corporate commercial work.
Martina represented various legal matters in several multinational companies in their operations in Indonesia. Representing and advising Philips Indonesia as Legal Director and several multi-national companies relating to their operations, projects, group structure, joint venture, due diligence, divestment, expansion, M&A, spin-off, debt restructuring, selling and purchase of businesses, civil disputes, industrial relation, and many more corporate legal actions. She holds a master degree from University of Indonesia, and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and is licensed as an advocate. Martina became a registered IP attorney in year 2020 and an active member of the Association of Indonesian Intellectual Property Rights Attorneys (AKHKI).
Stenley Ludya Liap
Stenley joined the RDSP Team in February 2022 as a Junior Associate. Previously, he worked as a Corporate Legal in some companies and also as a Lawyer Assistant in several law firms in Jakarta, handled criminal and civil law with specialties of employment law, general corporate law and compliance where he gained considerable experiences.
At RDSP, Stenley is part of the team that assist the senior associate and partners in dealing with client’s issues, involves in daily legal practices, amongst other relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution and litigation.
Stenley obtained his Bachelor of Law degree with cum laude and achieved the highest GPA/the most outstanding graduate from Faculty of Law, Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) – Jakarta in 2019, majoring in Business and Economic Law. During his study, Stenley was an active member of Student Scientific Discussion Forum or FDIM, which is one of the law student activities in UKI that focus on debate and scientific writings.
